Lunch Menu





Brunos- A Taste of Italy offers a great lunch menu and all pasta lunches are serves with delicious and fresh garlic bread and topped with our fresh grated blend of cheese.

Choose from Angel Hair, Spaghetti, Linguini, Spinach Fettuccini or Rigatoni served with your choice of:

Bruno's Sugo, (Italian Gravy) our own slow cooked red marinara sauce

Alfredo Sauce, Bruno's own blend of rich cream and fresh grated cheese.

Meat Sauce, made with beef and our own Italian pork sausage.

Chicken Alfredo, broiled chicken breast with Bruno's Alfredo Sauce.

Bruno's Frescio Sauce, tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, onions, olive oil, wine, and chili flakes.

Also on the Lunch Menu:

Bruno's Lasagna - (no meat) made with layers & layers of our own rich blend of cheeses smothered with Sugo.

Lasagna with our hearty meat sauce

Tortellini - Ground Beef filled, or Spinach Cheese filled or a mix of both. Tortellini is served with your choice of Bruno's Sugo or Alfredo.

Linguini a la Carbonara - Linguini Sauteed with peppered Bacon and Chicken, rich cream and loads of cheese.

Chicken Florentine, Cannelloni - pasta tube filled with chicken, spinach and cheeses, baked to perfection and topped with Bruno's Sugo.

Spinach & Artichoke Lasagna - This wonderful combination is alternately layered with Alfredo and Sugo and topped with Alfredo.

Ravioli - your choice of ground beef filled or Cheese filled or a mix of both. Ravioli is served with your choice of Bruno's Sugo or Alfredo sauce

Gnocchi - Traditional Italian classic, potato dumplings served with your choice of Bruno's Sugo, Alfredo or Fresco Sauce.

Did you know eating a salad almost everyday can be one of the healthy eating habits you can have! Eating salads is a convenient way to work in a couple of servings of vegetables and/or fruit. Green salads are always on the menu of almost every restaurant. You can even buy a side salad (with Romaine lettuce, carrots and tomatoes, available with fat-free or reduced-calorie salad dressing.) Most people enjoy eating salads, even kids! You can even make them your own.

Here are some reasons to start eating your greens today:

Fiberous: Salads contain alot of fiber since there maybe different kinds of fruit. Eating salads that are high in fiber can help lower cholesterol levels and prevent constipation.

Getting your daily dose of Fruits and Veggies: We are always told to eat more fruits and vegetables because of the nutrients that helps our bodies.
