Meet The Chef!

“Not only my livelihood, cooking is also my hobby.” With over 40 years of experience including three years as a culinary instructor in Billings, Chef Sammartino serves incredible Italian cuisine at Bruno’s. When not at the restaurant, Chef Sammartino enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Toni and his two sons Nikko and Rhys and also getting in as many scuba diving trips as possible.
