Dinner Menu



Below is the dinner combinations served at Brunos- A Taste of Italy:

New York Steak – Broiled to perfection & served with you

choice of house pasta & sauce.

Scallops Alfonso – Canadian scallops Sautéed in white wine, butter & herbs, tossed with your choice of Pasta. Topped with broiled and grated cheese.

Chicken Gorgonzola – Sautéed in a creamy sauce, with sliced mushrooms,roasted peppers, tossed with your choice of house pasta.

Chicken Marsala – Chicken breast sautéed with butter, garlic, and a splash of Marsala wine, mushrooms, roasted red peppers. Served over your choice of house pasta.

Mediterranean Marinated Chicken Breast – Marinated charbroiled chicken, served with linguini tossed in a sun-dried tomato pesto sauce.

Chicken Cacciatore – Boneless, skinless breast, sautéed in a white wine broth with fresh green & red peppers, celery, tomatoes onions, & baby peas served over mostaccioli pasta.

Chicken Parmesan – Boneless, skinless breast breaded & baked to perfection, with cheese & Sugo, served with your choice of house pasta & sauce.

Spaghetti ala Vongole – Baby clams in the shell sautéed with butter,white wine, olive oil, fresh garlic & Italian herbs, tossed with spaghetti.

Mostaccioli – Mostaccioli pasta sautéed with Bruno’s own Italian sausage, green & red peppers, onions & tomatoes in a light red sauce.

Veal Parmesan – Seasoned, breaded, & baked to perfection with cheese & Sugo served with your choice of house pasta & sauce.
